CHEM-STONE™ Reactive Stain is a concentrated, penetrating concrete stain that reacts chemically with conventional concrete and Elite Crete Australia’s polymer modified concrete overlay systems.

Elite Crete Australia is the largest supplier of Acid Stains in the country. Our Acid Stains are available in 3.78 litres (1 Gallon), 18.9 litres (5 gallons).  Sample kits are also available and contain all eight acid stain colours (Antique Black, Antique Blue, Antique Brown, Antique Gold, Antique Green, Antique Red, Antique Tan and Antique Umber).

You may have experienced other inferior acid stain products and found that they came to you pre-diluted 1:1 with water.  Our acid stains are not watered down and are a concentrated formula.

Some companies and manufacturers have made claim to having an “acid free” acid stain. Obviously these staines are not an acid stain and are more likely a waterborne stain or a dye.  Elite Crete Australia has both waterborne stains and concrete dyes available but both products have an entirely different finished effect on concrete surfaces and concrete overlays than that of an acid stain.

Depending on what you wish to accomplish with your concrete surface, there are many different techniques that can make your acid stained project completely unique.  Broadcasting coffee beans, spaghetti, fertilizer, leafs, grass clippings, etc.  Basically any organic product will leave behind its own distinct impression.
